Please attend the AGM of the Orpington Constituency Labour Party on Wednesday 24 June 2015 at St. Joseph’s Hall, Holy Innocents’ Church, Strickland Way, BR6 9UE. The meeting will start at 7.30 pm and finish at 10:00pm. We aim to finish in time for some wine and cheese and a chance to socialise.
We will be holding a street stall in Orpington High Street this Tuesday. Come along an support us. You might even get a balloon.
Last weekend, members from Orpington were out with Sarah Jones, Labour candidate for Croydon Central, helping the team there get out the postal vote.
Come along to support Nigel de Gruchy, the Labour candidate, at the hustings meetings in Orpington on Sunday 19 April, and in Biggin Hill on Wednesday 22 April.

In parliament today the bill to Save the NHS was passed by 241 votes to 18. Thanks to everyone who signed our petition. And congratulations to Clive Efford who sponsored the bill.
Nigel de Gruchy, the Labour Party candidate for Orpington in the 2015 General Election, has urged Jo Johnson to support the private members bill to save our NHS. The bill seeks to reverse the most damaging parts of the Social Care Act 2012.
With no campaigning planned in Orpington this weekend, members from the Orpington Labour party joined up with colleagues in Croydon.
